We provide needed support to manage medical and psychiatric, nutritional, and recreational needs.

Our caregivers prioritize getting to know those we serve as individuals in order to provide the best individualized care. Marlan's Silver Lining Agency values and implements the person-centered approach. We pride ourselves on being a well-respected agency on the cutting edge of excellence. We are also state-waivered and have maintained our accreditation since 2012. Marlan's has been recognized by many for its exceptional services, including the Governor of Georgia.

After graduating with her degree in nursing and obtaining her RN license, Mrs. Williams went on to work 35+ years in hospitals in Savannah and the surrounding areas. Her experience includes oncology, neurology, pediatrics, medical-surgical areas, rehab, and psychiatric nursing. Her passion for caring and serving others heightened as her experience grew. After much research, Annlyn chose to pursue her career as a service provider to those with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She then partnered with DBHDD and began her journey into excellence. She is now supported by her family and several other dedicated and loyal team members.
